This series has identical product features as the SAUTER HO series, but is equipped with a motorized probe for automated measurement procedures instead of a manual probe
The motorized probe is equipped with a magnetic ring, which securely fixes it to a magnetic probe. In non-magnetic tests the motorized probe can also be conveniently attached to the hand by means of an ergonomically formed trim ring
A motor inside the probe autonomously performs the penetration with the penetration body in the test piece, so user application errors are minimized
One-Button Function: the measurement procedure can be started with a single key press. With this especially simple application, the user can quickly perform the most demanding hardness tests himself without time-consuming familiarization
Test almost without destroying: the resulting penetration holes can only be recognized under a microscope
Short measurement duration: only 2 seconds
Suitable for tests with hardened surface, due to the small penetration depth of the penetration body
Especially suitable for small and thin proofs, thanks to the automated test sequence
