This device, when connected to the data acquisition system, provides an electrical signal directly proportional to the volume of water flowing through the unit. The device comprises a piston connected to a linear transducer with a 25 mm stroke and sealed against a calibration chamber with precision so that the linear motion of the piston is exactly proportional to the volume of water in the calibration chamber. The device includes the panel with reversible valve system to measure the water flow in both directions.
