Vollert was founded in 1925 in Germany, and is currently a company with a worldwide presence, which is now in its 3rd generation at the corporate level.

Using the latest technologies, it designs, builds and implements complete prefabrication systems for various elements, with emphasis on concrete sleepers for the railway, commonly known as “railway sleepers”.

Vollert’s mold circulation systems, commonly known as carousel, are currently the most used worldwide for the manufacture of pre-stressed concrete sleepers for the railway industry.

Monoblock sleepers, bi-block sleepers, late release processes or immediate release processes, from low automation (with the possibility of evolutionary levels of automation), were used in the largest concrete sleeper factories in the world, namely in Mexico, Thailand and Turkey, where Vollert incorporated its Know How.
