Advanced Automatic Edometer – ACE EMS

The ACE EmS is a versatile, fully automatic soil consolidation testing machine that comes loaded with the new Electromechanical Servoactivation (EmS) technology. Quiet, compact, and high performance, the ACE EmS testing system can run with our software that can connect up to 60 units with just one PC, allowing you to gradually and continuously expand your lab.

Automatic “next step” actuation driven by time, dilation, or secondary consolidation rate
Maximum vertical force: 20 kN
10 mm displacement transducers with vertical seating
Load cell capacity 20 kN for vertical force measurement
Optimized closed-loop PID control w/ fast, smooth and accurate load loading through the various test steps.
Infinitely variable speed
PC control via LAN port and dedicated software compatible with up to 60 independent units
Compatible with consolidation cells up to 112.80 mm in diameter
Supplied with traceable calibration certificate for loading and unloading
Optional accessories for CRS and unconfined testing
Optional local user interface with high-resolution 6″ color touch screen allowing control of a single unit, including full test execution.
